Maths Support Year 1
In Year 1 we are working hard to learn key number facts using retrieval slides. These help children to practise number bonds, doubles and subitising, which is recognising a number of objects without counting them one by one. You can support your child at home by letting them practise too – they might even enjoy being the teacher and testing you!
