Forest Schools
Children in Y2E have been developing their 'Mapping' and 'Survival' skills, as part of their learning in the Forest School.
Our photos show them in action, using compass directions to locate clues around the Forest School, and enjoying toasting marshmallows after learning about safety around the campfire.

Teamwork and problem solving
Children in 3/L have been developing their skills in Teamwork & Problem-Solving challenges on the Forest School. Our photos show the children in action and our Forest School Kings and Queens.

Art in Nature
Children in 5S have been creating sculptures inspired by bridges, towers and the work of sculptor Andy Goldsworthy, as part of their Art in Nature learning in the Forest School. Our photos show the children working together to collect materials and build their sculptures.
Meanwhile, children in 3J have been weaving with willow to make their very own Christmas wreaths. Our photos show the children proudly displaying their finished products and some of their work on display.
The Forest School Kings and Queens for these sessions were also celebrated for their teamwork and creativity.
